Paula serves as the Manager of Business Development for The Indy Partnership.  Paula tracks and coordinates projects, working directly with businesses considering a relocation or expansion in the Indianapolis Region.  She also assists in recruiting businesses to the Indianapolis Region through strategic marketing campaigns.

Previously, Paula worked for the Indiana Department of Administration’s Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises Division doing contract compliance and marketing.  Paula also worked in the International Trade Division of the Indiana Department of Commerce as a Program Manager administering a grant program designed to create awareness on the importance of trade show participation, and as a Regional Trade Specialist working with companies in 29 Indiana counties.

Working in economic development is easy for Paula because it affords her the opportunity to work directly with people.  She believes a smile says something different to everyone.  When Paula is not working she enjoys riding her new Can-Am Spyder, a three wheel motorcycle.
