Rob Albright

Director of Corporate Development

Rob Albright is the Director of Corporate Development for The Indy Partnership, the privately funded economic development organization for Indianapolis’ 10 county region. In his role, Rob is responsible for the financial support of The Indy Partnership, and he manages all corporate investor relationships.

Previously, Rob served as manager of distribution and sales for national accounts with Covidien Imaging Solutions, a $2 billion global healthcare products company. Prior to advancing to national accounts manager, Rob held a number of sales management positions at Covidien as well as with other medical device and services companies. Rob serves on the boards of directors for Sycamore Group Realty and Victory Partners, Inc. Rob has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University – Bloomington, where he also played varsity football and was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity. He was also a senior chairperson for the Indiana University Student Foundation.

Rob believes the keys to his job are: passion, accountability, reliability, and always having a great story to tell – which he clearly does with the Indianapolis region. Rob has learned so far in his career that nothing beats hard work and persistence; and helping others is paramount. An avid sports enthusiast, Rob is a 7-handicap golfer, plays amateur baseball in the Indiana Amateur Baseball League, and is a basketball coach at St. Pius Catholic Church and Guerin Catholic High School.
