Scott Fulford

Senior Director of Business Development

As Executive Director of the Indy Partnership, Scott Fulford leads the effort to bring new businesses, jobs and investment to the 10-county Indianapolis region. In 2009, Site Selection magazine recognized the vitality of this region by naming the Indy Partnership one of the nation’s Top 10 economic development organizations.

Previously, Scott spent over 30 years working for Cinergy (now Duke Energy) where he served as a Marketing Manager in their economic development department. He also spent 2 years with Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) where he served as Director of the Central Indiana region, working primarily with existing industry and companies to expand and grow their Indiana operations.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Indiana University. He has been recognized for service in economic development through receipt of the Indiana Economic Development Association “Excellence in Leadership” award and also the Utility Economic Development Association “Presidential Achievement” award. He is a member of the Indiana Economic Development Association and International Economic Development Council. He has also served on many industry specific groups and organizations as well as local civic and professional organizations.
