Site Selection Magazine Awards Indy Partnership as a
Top Ten Economic Development Group of 2010
INDIANAPOLIS (May 2, 2011) – Site Selection Magazine has chosen to honor the Indy Partnership as one of the 2010 Top Ten Economic Development Groups of the Year. The award recognizes Indy Partnership as a top tier economic development organization with a premier ability to create job growth and capital investment in the 9-county region.
Today in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the Industrial Asset Management Council’s Spring Conference Scott Fulford, Executive Director will accept the award on behalf of Indy Partnership.
“This will be the fourth time in the last six years the Indy Partnership has accepted this award for acknowledgment of the successful economic development efforts in the Indianapolis region,” says Scott Fulford. “This is not just an award recognizing the Indy Partnership, but is earned by the collaboration of the State, local, and regional efforts involved in bringing new companies and new jobs to Indianapolis.”
Site Selection Magazine is a corporate real estate magazine that reaches 44,000 executives each month. The criteria used by Site Selection’s editors to determine recipients of the award are based on the areas of depth and breadth of economic growth, area’s jobs, per capita capital investment, ability to generate break through deals, and overall economic vitality.
