Synthesis offers a variety of LEED design services developed to assist our clients with the integration of sustainability
into their projects. Our services include the establishment of project criteria to meet the desired certification level,
design evaluation.

Our job encompasses more than simply understanding how buildings, spaces and sites relate to one another, it’s about
making people’s lives better. We do this by creating innovative environments in which people can live, work and play
through the integration of our disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture and interior design.

Architecture

Whether designing a new facility or modifying existing structures, our seasoned team welcomes the challenge of
pioneering solutions that work for the Owner and end user. Our seven licensed architects and LEED accredited
professionals excel at complex, multi-tiered projects, some of which require 24/7 operational access during the design
and construction process. The studio support team provides a wealth of insight and experience assisting in the design
process, maintaining timelines and budgets, and assisting in quality control.

Landscape Architecture

Landscape architecture design provides functional, aesthetic, and quality of life benefits to a community. The Synthesis
team has the experience to lay the framework and provide innovative solutions, whether through site assessment,
feasibility studies, strategic planning, hardscape and landscape design, or partnership with private entities engaged in
civic improvements. Our experience in working with engineers and governmental agencies allows us to quickly become
an integral part of any project.

Interior Design

Interior space can impart and represent a company’s brand and culture through its ambiance. Innovative space
planning, materials, colors, lighting, and fabrics influence the work environment by increasing productivity, improving
focus and creating more engaging surroundings. Our interior designs capture the essence of a client’s ethos and bring
continuity to a facility’s exterior and interior spaces.
